By operating locally, our team of valuation experts serves to ensure that our clients always receive reports of the same high quality. In connection with portfolio valuations, we put together a team with one valuation manager who will be in charge of the valuation in cooperation with the local valuation experts. We are accustomed to adapting our services to your needs and requirements for the material through our cooperation with national as well as international players. Each service will thus be tailored to the needs that are relevant to the impending valuation method, reporting scope, preferred reporting language, etc.

Apart from being RICS Recognized Valuers, our valuation team also includes a valuer with a certification as HypZert Real Estate Valuer for Mortgage Lending Valuation – CIS HypZert(MLV). The valuer also holds certification as Recognized European Valuer (TEGovAREV) and WAVO World Recognized Valuer (WAVO WRV).
